Anna Percy needed to make a change. That’s why she moved to L.A. to live with her dad. On the flight she met Ben. He really liked her, so he asked Anna to Jackson Sharpe’s wedding, one of the most well known actors in the country. At the wedding she met some of Ben’s friends, who became her own, sort of. Then when Ben mysteriously disappeared, Anna moved on.
When Anna moved to LA, she was supposed to have an internship, instead of school. But when it falls through, she must face Beverly Hills High, along with Cammie, Sam, and Dee… a few of Ben’s friends. Immediately Anna has a big surprise, Ben shows up and wants her back.
Anna already has enough on her mind, so when she has to make a film for school she picks the best person she can, Sam. And even though Sam wants to do everything, Anna writes the script, and Sam doesn’t have any faith in her. Then Anna finds that her sister, Susan, is out of rehab, and Anna has to do everything to make sure that she doesn’t slip. And then there is the fact the Ben wants her back, BAD. Anna had enough on her mind, now she has more… but maybe filming her movie at a spa will help, or does it make things worse.
I could not put this book down, just like the first book. There is something about Zoey Deans writing that makes you love her books. People have said that the series is just as great at the Gossip Girl series, but I honestly think that this series is better because the A-list series is addicting, and you just can’t wait to read it again. I highly recommend this series to anyone who is looking for a book that you can’t put down.
My favorite part of the book is when the girls are at the spa.
